The Domino G20i is a compact, cost attractive, all in one, easy to set up and use, single sided Case Coder ideally suited to data and text coding on outer case secondary packaging. It is designed for straightforward self installation, set up and use without technical knowledge. The Thermal Inkjet print head provides sharp, high resolution codes on a variety of substrates without ongoing maintenance or support requirements.
The G20i is the entry level, one sided box coding solution for outer case coding. Installing the G20i is quick, simple and requires no technical expertise. Everything you need is included with the package. The system is self-installed. Cartridge change is a simple, less than 20 second operation without any technical skills or tools.

The high-speed communication capabilities mean data from a host machine can be serialised and printed at fast production rates. Supporting two printheads, either working independently or together to increase print height, the G230i integrates into a variety of packaging and processing lines.
The innovative i-Tech modular system saves operational savings by increasing efficiency and requiring near-zero downtime to replace an empty cartridge. Operating over a diverse range of applications, with no servicing and minimal maintenance, means a very low cost of ownership compared to traditional coding and marking solutions.

Designed for complete integration with serialisation and track and trace systems, the G320i OEM Board is aimed at original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Integrators. It works seamlessly within the target system and HMI control environments, a fast and flexible Ethernet interface facilitates simple integration while an intelligent buffer supports item-level serialisation. With four printheads in four different print group settings, it provides OEMs with a wealth of configuration opportunities including alphanumeric text, logos, and 2D Data Matrix codes. Domino i-Tech inks ensure print quality, durability and contrast that meets and exceeds global pharmaceutical industry’s standards including the EU’s Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) and the US Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA). With a message editing capacity even while the printer runs, along with an AutoSwap cartridge exchange during operation, the G320i OEM Board optimises OEE.
